2024 ONLINE MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION
Join the Green Acres Swim Club for 2024!!! Please complete the below online form and send payment. The original forms are at the bottom of the page if you would like to print them out and mail them in. Please send a check for the total amount along with separate check for maintenance deposit fee ($100). We also accept payments via Paypal, please send payments to garadues@gmail.com. All payments via Paypal require a $20 service fee.
